Great legs and an interesting idea having a "magic" character in the classic Superman breaking chains pose, given Superman's issues with magic.
I agree with Brian. Nice juxtaposition in abilities.
I guess the scene is based on a Zatanna fan fic story , he wanted it to be clear that she was bursting her chains Superman style not using magic.
