Heroes Con this weekend

Oh yeah, it is time once again for the most fun packed show of the Con year. If you have never gone, I can't explain the vibe, if you have been, you will completely understand my enthusiasm.
I'll be drawing all weekend in Artist Alley booth AA #807 so come on by and say hello or walk by quickly without stopping, whichever you prefer ;)

Here's my piece for Saturday night's Auction. It's kind of intimidating doing a piece for this auction because of all the hot shot artists that put stuff in there, but I just aim to not embarrass myself ;)

ps. The piece sold for $650 which I was happy with. It was bought by another artist which was also flatering...I told you I loved Heroes Con!

In the weeks leading up to a comic con, I pencil up a bunch of drawings in my free time. Which ones end up getting finished in time to sell at the show is totally dependent on my 'REAL" work schedule. I'll have some of these with me at Heroes Con in June, one way or the other;)

Wonder Woman used to be a more popular sketch request for me, but she seems to have fallen from favor lately...to bad, she is one of my favorite characters.

Boston, Black Cat and a Zatanna !

Here are some of the sketches I did at the recent Boston Comic Con. As usual, I had the best intentions of taking pictures of all of the ones I did but a couple got lost in the shuffle of the con madness.
I don't know what it was about Boston, but I could have drawn Black Cat all day long...seriously. I had to talk some folks out of me drawing her since I didn't think I brought enough black markers for that all black costume ;)
